Hypersonics for the People!
April 20th, 2012

Re-entering a planetary atmosphere from orbit is no easy task. Precise navigation, smart aerodynamic design, and technology for mitigating intense heat and pressure are just some of the tools needed to accomplish this feat. NASA's Hypersonic Inflatable Aerodynamic Decelerator project uses some novel techniques to do just that, and AMA Studios is making it possible for the public to experience the challenges on their web and mobile devices! Available for Android, iOS and the web. Download it here: [Google Play Store].
